Return and Refund Policy

The Saturday Journey Society provides digital subscription content delivered by email. No physical products are shipped, so items cannot be physically returned.

Because each Journey contains downloadable digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once a Journey has been delivered or made available.

Refunds may be considered when:

  • You were charged because of a billing error.
  • You received a duplicate charge.
  • A technical problem prevented you from accessing your Journey and we were unable to resolve it.
  • Refunds are otherwise required by applicable law.

Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed. Please cancel before your next scheduled billing date to avoid another charge.
